What this quote means is that if you treat yourself right life is just going to come wonderfully for you. This also means that you have to take care of the way you look like your body or your appearance because the way you look has a lot to do with representing who you are and when you meet a person the first thing they gauge is your appearance. Also taking  care of your future like doing well in school is just going to make life more easier  for you .
