    The harmful effect of smoking 

Many smokers don’t understand that smoking leads to death or cancer .people don’t realize that this is very series problem. Smoking cases Smokers have higher chances of developing oral cancer compared to other people. Also constant smoking results in stains and blackening of teeth and gums. Heart attacks and other heart diseases are also caused due to regular smoking. Smokers also have higher chances of getting strokes compared to normal people. The skin is also affected and loses its natural glow and you just don’t look the same any more. Side effects like dark circles around your eyelid, wrinkles around you’re face and aging of the skin are also observed. Another harmful effect of smoking is sudden weight gain or losing weight. Women smoking especially while pregnant does increase chances of sudden infant death.

1. Tobacco smoke contributes to a number of cancers.
2. The mixture of nicotine and carbon monoxide in each cigarette temporarily increases your heart rate and blood pressure, straining your heart and blood vessels.
3. Slows the blood flow and cuts off oxygen
4. Can cause heart attacks and strokes
5. Can develop Emphysema, a disease that slows and rots your lungs
6. Smoking causes fat deposits to narrow and block blood vessels
7. Over time, your airways swell up and let less air into your lungs.
